Carbon Fiber PET
CARBON FIBER PET is made of PET (Polyethylene terephthalate) and carbon fibres. AzureFilm CARBON FIBER PET features a chopped carbon fibre reinforced structure which makes it superior in impact toughness. Moreover, this material has great mechanical properties, strength and low water uptake. With a carbon fibre content of 15%, it can withstand temperatures up to 125°C (max. 3 hours) and easily sustain 100°C for 10 hours or more.
This filament tends to wear off the nozzle. Consequently, we recommend using at least a 0.6mm abrasion-resistant nozzle.
