Superior performance and speed
The FLSUN S1 is equipped with a robust mechanical architecture and provides improved component durability and performance. At the heart of this performance is the CPAP high-pressure turbo ventilator, which operates at an impressive 40,000 revolutions per minute. Consequently, this fan dynamically adjusts the air flow allowing optimal cooling.Â
Closed-loop motors also improve printer performance by continuously monitoring the position of the print head and automatically adjusting for any lost steps. This, combined with the delta structure control algorithm, increases the speed and accuracy of the printer, making it one of the fastest on the market. You’re probably wondering what that speed is. S1 can reach as much as 1200mm/s!
Accuracy and precision
One of the standout features of the FLSUN S1 is its Binocular Structured Light System. This system uses two high-resolution cameras and a micron laser to capture print details with incredible precision. It performs first-layer detection, precision calibration and flow calibration to ensure every print meets the highest standards.
The S1 also boasts intelligent detection with artificial intelligence, which identifies problems such as filament residues and spaghetti in real-time.
Print without problems
The design of the S1 puts user comfort at the forefront. The printer offers a fully automatic levelling system, which simplifies the calibration process. Intelligent zone heating provides precise temperature control across the print bed, improving print quality and consistency.
If you choose the S1, you will be able to print with a wide range of materials such as PLA, PETG, TPU, ABS, ASA, etc. In addition, the printer has a function to dry the filament and a run-out sensor to detect the lack of filament.
Other functions and connectivity
This printer has an integrated touch screen which makes it easy to use. It features an ARM A7 quad-core processor has 16GB of EMMC memory and supports a 32GB USB stick. You can also control the printer via the PC interface.
