Robust and stable construction

The printer’s gantry and base are crafted from a single aluminum alloy die-cast part, forming a robust triangular structure. This stable construction is further enhanced by two additional support rods, which increase the stability of the Z-axis and significantly reduce any wobble during printing. With fewer screws and rounded corners, the Ender 3 V3 Plus not only delivers reliable performance but also boasts an elegant, modern appearance.

CoreXZ motion system

Powered by an advanced CoreXZ motion system, the Ender 3 V3 Plus combines the X and Z axes for stable, high-speed printing. The motion system is supported by two powerful motors, ensuring coordinated and smooth movement of the axes. 

The result is an impressive top speed of 600mm/s and a maximum acceleration of 20.000mm/s², offering a printing experience that is 12 times faster without sacrificing precision. The Y-axis is also equipped with two powerful motors that generate a peak torque of 1000Nm, enabling smooth and accurate movement of the print bed along its linear guide rods.

Optimized direct drive extruder and efficient heating

The Ender 3 V3 Plus features an optimized direct drive extruder, equipped with a support spring and ball roller to ensure a strong filament grip and clog-free extrusion. To further enhance performance, the printer includes a 60-watt ceramic heating element that heats up to 300°C in just 75 seconds. This fast, high-temperature capability allows for reliable filament melting even during high-speed printing, ensuring consistent output.

Tri-metal nozzle 

At the core of the Ender 3 V3 Plus is a Unicorn tri-metal nozzle. This nozzle integrates a copper base with a steel tip and a heat break made from titanium alloy. The result is a durable nozzle that effectively blocks excessive heat development, enabling precise printing over long periods. The nozzle is also designed for easy replacement, making maintenance straightforward.

Efficient cooling fans

The Ender 3 V3 Plus is equipped with efficient cooling fans located at the front and back of the print head. These fans ensure rapid and even cooling of freshly printed layers, which improves overall print quality and reduces the risk of warping or deformation in the final model.
