Refill PCTG
Refill PCTG filaments offer the exact same properties as our PCTG. They are durable, tough and odourless. Refill PCTG is an excellent filament that combines strength and flexibility. It has extremely minimal shrinkage and warping. It is ideal for printing large products, and mechanical products in robotics.
PCTG filament is our improved PETG Original filament designed to resist higher temperatures. Consequently, this material withstands 5–10°C higher temperatures and has increased durability compared to PETG Orginal. PCTG is still a very easy-to-work-with material and suitable for beginners.
What is new?
- We removed the plastic zip ties and replaced them with a better option to make unpacking easier.
- The filament tail is now completely straight. That prevents it from getting stuck in the spool and ruining your print when the filament runs out.
- Perfect compatibility with AzureFilm and Bambu Lab spools.
Printing recommendations:
- For the best results, print at 240–260°C.
- Recommended printing table temperature is 80°C.
- Use a glass bed, PEI sheet, Kapton, or Blue tape for the build platform with 3Dlac spray.
*Ideal temperature may vary when using different printers.
Our Refill PCTG filaments are perfectly compatible with the AzureFilm Master Spool – the only spool you’ll ever need. By using this reusable spool, you can join us in reducing waste and minimising environmental impact.
AzureFilm Master Spool is our reusable spool, which provides a sustainable and cost-effective solution for 3D printing. The spool is a set of two reusable, injection-molded discs. This ensures the high durability and precision of the spool.
By purchasing and reusing our Master Spool you contribute to a cleaner environment while enjoying a reliable and easy-to-use product, compatible with most 3D printers.
