Dual-gear direct extruder

The printer uses a dual-gear direct extruder designed with SUS303 stainless steel gears. It has adjustable extrusion force and operates with a 3:1 reduction ratio. This configuration guarantees that filament feeding is smooth, resulting in accurate printing. Ideal for materials such as PLA, PETG, ABS, and flexible filaments like TPU.

Neptune 3 Max ensures potent extrusion and efficient heat dissipation. The dual-gear direct extruder is delivering powerful and adjustable extrusion force. To prevent nozzle clogging, the heat sink has been widened, and a cooling fan is employed. Additionally, fans are strategically placed to ensure rapid cooling of printed layers.

Auto bed levelling + auxiliary levelling

The non-contact high-precision sensor automatically scans 63 points of the hotbed to compensate for any unevenness and inconsistencies of the printing platform. You can also use the hand-twist knobs under the build platform for auxiliary levelling to achieve a nice first layer.

Stable & quiet printing 

The Z-axis incorporates dual lead screws and a dual-motor drive system, ensuring great stability during operation. With the integration of an STM 32-bit silent motherboard and high-precision stepper motors, operational noise is effectively reduced to below 50 dB.

The printer’s movement is further simplified by POM V-slot wheels, ensuring smooth, wear-resistant, and precise motion. To enhance safety, a 500W wide-voltage power supply is seamlessly integrated.

The Z-axis boasts a dual lead screw design for improved printing accuracy. Furthermore, a double-tie rod structure boosts overall stability. For optimal performance, the XY-axis belt tensioner is adjustable, and the Y-axis profiles are driven by 6V wheels.

PEI Magnetic platform 

The platform has a special coating and a spring steel sheet which give strong adhesion and anti-warping properties. The objects are very easy to remove by slightly bending the PEI sheet. The 420W high-power hotbed can quickly heat up to 100°C.

Smart resume printing

Resume printing after power failure. Filament detection sensor prevents waste and model scrapping.

Removable capacitive touchscreen

The 4.3-inch removable magnetic touch screen can be operated by hand-held or fixed on the base, with a print model preview function to see the model image during printing and observe the printing progress.

  • Fans stop automatically after printing to save power, reduce noise, and prolong the fan lifespan.
