Its integrated equipment management system, FlashPrint 5, enables multi-machine joint control and seamless device management. Real-time monitoring of the printing process is made simple with an integrated camera that provides easy monitoring through FlashPrint 5 and UI interfaces. The power loss recovery system ensures that printing can resume precisely from where it left off in case of unexpected power failures. Additionally, the Guider 3’s open material system is compatible with various materials like ABS, PLA, PC, PA, HIPS, ASA, PETG, and PA-CF, and supports third-party materials for versatile applications.
The Guider 3 employs a CoreXY structure, allowing high-speed printing at up to 250mm/s, significantly enhancing production efficiency. Under similar conditions, the Guider 3 can save 30%-50% of printing time compared to non-CoreXY printers. The high-sensitivity inductive proximity sensor detects and stores the initial flatness data of the build platform, intelligently adjusting the platform height during printing for automatic levelling in all directions.
The Guider 3 offers two platform options: a glass platform and a flexible steel plate platform. This versatility enables users to choose the platform that suits their filament requirements. The optimized platform design allows for quick platform changes in just 30 seconds, with uniform 110°C-heating across the entire build surface, ensuring superior printing results.
To accommodate various filaments, the Guider 3 features a double-gear extrusion structure that increases filament feeding force by 150%, reducing the likelihood of clogs. The quick-disassembly nozzle, available in multiple diameters, simplifies replacement and maintenance, catering to a wide range of printing needs.
