PCTG is a tough, durable and chemically resistant filament made for practical 3D printing applications. Compared to PETG, it offers higher temperature resistance, improved durability and reliable performance while still being easy to work with.

With resistance up to 90°C, low warping and no need for an enclosed printer, PCTG is ideal for tools, mechanical parts, robotics, prosthetics, gadgets and other prints that need strength and long-lasting performance.

02 HELPFUL REMINDERS

Tips & tricks

1. Dry thoroughly before printing

Dry at 65 °C for 4-6 h and store sealed.

2. Use PETG-style bed protection

Glue stick can act as a release layer on very sticky beds.

3. Keep cooling moderate

Excessive cooling can reduce layer bonding.

4. Use it where toughness matters

PCTG is a good fit for ict-resistant functional parts.

5. Watch bridging at higher temperatures

Reduce speed or cooling balance if bridges sag.

6. Recommended print speed

Use 60-80 mm/s for normal prints; Max Printing Speed is the tested ceiling.
