02 HELPFUL REMINDERS

Tips & tricks

1. Use a hardened steel nozzle

Glow additives are abrasive enough to wear brass nozzles.

2. Dry thoroughly before printing

Dry at 45 °C for 4 h and store sealed.

3. Avoid heated chambers

Avoid extra chamber heat if heat creep appears.

4. Charge before judging brightness

Expose the finished part to strong light before checking glow intensity.

5. Clear the nozzle after long glow prints

Purge with standard PLA if dark specks or residue appear.

6. Recommended print speed

Use ≤ 250 mm/s for normal prints; Max Printing Speed is based on PLA Original measured flow.
