01 GET TO KNOW
ASA
ASA is a technical filament made for durable, outdoor and functional 3D printed parts. It offers strong UV, water and chemical resistance, making it a great choice for prints exposed to sunlight, weather and demanding environments. With heat resistance up to 92°C, ASA is ideal for electrical housings, tools, outdoor appliances, sporting goods, moulded components and technical parts.
Note: For best results, we strongly recommend using an enclosure or enclosed 3D printer.

Tips & tricks
1. Use an enclosed printer
A stable 50-55 °C chamber helps reduce warping and layer splits.
2. Ventilate the print area
ASA fumes require good room ventilation or extraction.
3. Dry thoroughly before printing
Dry at 75 °C for 4-6 h and store sealed.
4. Avoid drafts
Cold airflow can crack corners and tall parts.
5. Let parts cool gradually
Keep the enclosure closed after printing until the part relaxes.
6. Recommended print speed
Use ≤ 250 mm/s for normal prints; Max Printing Speed is the tested ceiling.
