Refill Unset PLA Matte HS
Refill Unset PLA Matte HS is made from recycled high-quality PLA Matte HS material left over during production and supplied without a disposable spool. It gives production leftovers a second life while helping reduce both material and spool waste. Each batch comes in a random color, so the final shade may vary, but the printing quality stays the same as our regular PLA Matte HS.
It combines high-speed PLA printing up to 500 mm/s with a smooth matte finish that helps hide visible layer lines and gives prints a clean, professional look.
02 HELPFUL REMINDERS
Tips & tricks
1. Matte finish hides layer lines
Use it when low-gloss surfaces and soft-looking layers matter.
2. Dry thoroughly before printing
Dry at 45 °C for 4 h and store sealed.
3. Avoid heated chambers
Avoid extra chamber heat if heat creep appears.
4. Keep visible walls moderate
Very high outer-wall speed can reduce surface quality even when infill can run fast.
5. Use practical first-layer speed
Start first layers around 60 mm/s, then increase speed.
6. Recommended print speed
Use ≤ 270 mm/s for normal prints; Max Printing Speed is the tested ceiling.
