Creality K2 Combo – Compact multi-color performance

The Creality K2 Combo brings high-speed CoreXY printing and automatic multi-color capability into a compact, easy-to-use platform. Its 260×260×260 mm build volume gives you plenty of room for everyday models, functional parts and colorful projects, while speeds of up to 600 mm/s keep printing fast. With the included CFS automatically managing four loaded filaments, the K2 makes multi-color printing accessible without moving to the larger, more advanced K2 Pro or K2 Plus.

Smart control for reliable everyday printing

FOC step-servo motors on the X/Y axes and extruder improve motion and extrusion control, while Smart Auto Leveling probes only the area needed for your model. A sensorized Direct Drive filament path combines runout detection with an automatic magnetic cutter for reliable filament changes.

The built-in chamber AI camera monitors for print failures, checks the build plate and records timelapses, while an auxiliary cooling fan and integrated air purifier help manage cooling and emissions inside the enclosed printer. The quick-swap 40 mm³/s hotend also makes maintenance easier without sacrificing high-speed extrusion.

The K2 Combo is a strong choice for hobbyists, designers and makers looking for a compact enclosed CoreXY printer with fast multi-color printing. It offers many of the core K2 Series features without the larger build volume and engineering-focused capabilities of the K2 Pro and K2 Plus.

The K2 offers a 260×260×260 mm build volume, providing more room than many standard 220–256 mm desktop printers while keeping the machine relatively compact at 404×436×545 mm.

The included CFS provides four filament slots for automatic 4-color printing. Up to four CFS units can be connected, expanding the system to a maximum of 16 automatically managed colors.

Creality officially lists PLA, PETG, PET, ABS and PLA-CF for the K2. Its 300°C steel-tipped tri-metal nozzle also makes it suitable for the listed abrasive PLA-CF material, but its material range is more limited than the actively heated K2 Pro and K2 Plus.

No. The K2 has an enclosed chamber but no active chamber heater. If you regularly plan to print demanding warp-sensitive materials such as ASA, PA-CF or PPA-CF, the K2 Pro or K2 Plus is the more appropriate option.

Yes. The K2 includes a 720p chamber AI camera that can detect print failures such as spaghetti, check the build plate and record timelapses. It does not include the separate nozzle AI camera used for automatic flow calibration on the K2 Pro and K2 Plus.

No. The CFS uses a sealed enclosure with desiccant to help protect already-dry filament from humidity. It also monitors internal temperature and humidity, but it does not heat the filament for active drying. Wet filament should therefore be dried separately before use.

The K2 has a 260×260×260 mm build volume, 100°C heated bed and no active chamber heating. The K2 Pro increases the build volume to 300×300×300 mm, adds a 60°C actively heated chamber, nozzle AI camera with automatic flow calibration, built-in RFID reader, Ethernet and 32 GB storage instead of 8 GB. Both reach up to 600 mm/s and support CFS multi-color printing.
